A wink, a double take, a whisper,
A glance, a lingering look… A shiver:
I shudder as I mull it over;
A stupid grin, a shrug of shoulder.
And you all laughed
And I laughed too so I wouldn’t look bad
Tried to hide it, can’t deny it
And I swear at myself in my head while I’m sighing.
It seemed to last for fucking ever:
The storm that I was forced to weather.
My face it couldn’t have been redder,
Your girlfrind couldn’t cackle louder.
And I can’t lie
You just had to go and call out my down fly
And I know it’s not the worst crime
But now you’ll bring it up for the rest of all time
‘Cause you pointed, and you all laughed
And I laughed too so I wouldn’t look bad
Tried to hide it, can’t deny it
And I swear at myself in my head while I’m sighing.
I didn’t realize my fly was down,
I didn’t realize…

This album fucks as hard as dripping and magic but imo feels the most personal and emotional release of the three. It’s weird and frantic but hits
this really interesting balance.

Although all of their albums are good, I think Ronson is their best. Lots of shrieking noise. The bass sounds perfect on this. It's one of my favorite albums as far as bass goes, especially on Jesse's Fashion Show. Z
